So one thing about me, I like having a way to identify my makeup looks. One way I will be doing that with my entries is by band song names. Just whatever song my makeup inspires me of, or I really like, I will title my blog with that. It may sound silly to some, but thats just me... Also, then if one day I cannot think of how to do my makeup they can look back and be all "hey why don't you do *insert title name*" and it therefore makes it a whole crapload easier for me. Also, if I get the time after this, I will be doing a makeup collection video. If anyone wants a review on anything seen in it, just ask.... I wont go in depth of what I have but it's a general idea of it all.
So lets get this started.
Todays look was a dark, gothic, black and purple look.
So first off, I used Two Faced Shadow Insurance over my entire lid, then I took Blackground Paint Pot from MAC and used that until just above my crease. I used Black Tied eyeshadow from MAC up to the top of the Blackground just to set it and blacken it out a bit more. After that, I took a fluffy blending brush and put MAC's Violet Pigment on the crease of my eye and blended it into the black and slightly above. For a highlight I used MAC's Gesso eyeshadow. I finished it off with a liquid pen liner from Joe (a brand in canada made for the superstore) that in my opinion, gives the MAC penultimate liner a run for its money seeing as how here, the MAC one is $20 whereas the Joe one is only $6. For my top and bottom water line, I used MAC's Feline. For mascara, I used one of my favorites, the Cover Girl Lash Blast Luxe in Black Platinum.
For the rest of my face I used my Makeup Forever HD Foundation Primer, MAC Studio Fix Fluid NC15, Kat Von D concealer in Light, MAC Mineralize Skin Finish in Light.
On my lips I used MAC's Bubbles Lipstick and MAC's Via Veneto Dazzleglass.
Hope you all like.
If anyone wants a review of one of the products meantioned, just leave a comment and I will write one up as soon as possible

ReplyDeleteThank you. I am actually really excited to do more for this blog. I was checking your page and noticed you were a follower of 2 of my favorite beauty people on youtube (allthatglitters21 and misschevious) made me kinda smile.
